received a robo call saying I was going to be charged 499.00 for renewal of some Microsoft license I purchased for 199.00 last year. If I wanted to cancel to call this number. It came up as from California but who knows where they were located. I never purchased any license for 199.00 and when I refuted this and said I would get with my bank instead and dispute charge he said no this could only be stopped by a form I had to fill out. I told him I did not pay 199 for anything last year and was not paying 499 this year. I was not giving any information out and asked him what bank account it was coming out of he said he could not give me that information. He said we were having an argument and all I had to do was fill out the form. I thanked him for his time and said I would dispute with my bank.
