I got the same call but he said he was calling from the federal government. This is bad!
I also received one of these calls today from "Jessica Nixon" saying I had an incomplete application for the student loan forgiveness program. I don't have a loan, nor did I apply for this.

my call was from 336-706-1536 and it was the same robo call. When I call he 202 number I got some guy who gave me an attitude when I asked which "enrollment center " this was. He had a fresh mouth and hung up on me.

The call was from 405-827-6915. Left a voice message to call Jessica Nickson at 202-938-0800 about incomplete application for loan forgiveness. Didn't call the number to find out more information.

Voicemail received about student loan forgiveness. Asked them where they are calling from they said, "the enrollment center." Asked them what the name of the enrollment center is, she said, "student loan services." She then abruptly said, "give us a call when you're ready okay ma'am?" and then hung up. Definitely a scam.
Incomplete application. When asked for the company information the representative hung up. When I called back to speak to a manager about the record there is no manager or recording. This is a scam under the Department of education.
