Bad text-to-speech recording that sounds like, "She'll see.. cure... tee... noon. We have found some sus... pee... see... us... act... tee... woot... be under your name. So when you get thus... mess... age... kindly call back on our number that is.... 202-990-7376." I think they were trying to make the robot say, "...security, and we have found some suspicious activity in your name. When you get this message kindly call back on our number that is 202-990-7376." But the play back speed kept changing and the pronunciation was way off.
