They wanted me to go to CVS and pay $250.00 dollars so that I could receive my 9 grand- I hung up, it sounded like a scam from the beginning but I listened anyway. Where can I report these people?
Today is a Holiday yet I too received a call promising a grant of $9,000. I was skeptical but listened to be sure. Report it, do not trust it.
Call from 202-922-6299 saying I’ve been selected to receive 9k from us department of federal grants. They gave me that number to call and speak to a manager and they gave me a confirmation code to give them to receive my money either to my bank or a money gram
Received a call from a foreigner starting that I had been selected to receive 9k.
they said they would give me 9k if i paid 250 dollars and i have to stay on the phone with them until i get the money when i receive it that they will hang up when i receive it
This is the phone # they give you to call- when you do they tell you to send them $250 for you to get 9K, if you do, say bye bye to your $250 because, of course youll never get $9K. Shame on these people!

offered me 9k in terms of me first activation their code and i would have to purchase the activation of $250. i told them i didnt have it they said there is no amount of time to pick up my grant money
They will tell you that they are sending you a $9,000. grant that you must first send $250. registration fee, which is what the scam is all about. Obviously you will never receive the grant, but you will be out of $250.
