"We're trying to reach you from the Federal Trade Commission. Please give us a call here at FTC. We're trying to speak to you about an elimination we got from Publisher's Clearing House where they're requesting for us to eliminate you from any winnings that you had with you last year. They stated they tried various times to get in contact with you so we wanted to speak to you regarding the sweepstakes winnings from PCH. Call us here at the Federal Trade Commission at 202-900-5650. That's 202-900-5650." Yeah -- RIGHT! First off, not the FTC. Second, we didn't win any sweepstakes. This is a SCAM, and based on the number of complaints of other calls from the 202-900-#### range, the police should be easily ready to take this criminal ring down.
