Pre recorded message claims to be a service for Instagram. I dialed the prompt number to get on the do not call list - twice - but they keep calling. I dialed 1 today to talk to a human and when he came on I asked to be put on the do not call list. He responded by saying "Oh, you want us to keep calling?" I said "Ha, you're hilarious. Stop calling here. Stop calling here." And as I was saying that he said "Ok, we'll call you tomorrow" and hung up on me.
