Language was not English nor Hispanic. He told me I owed the IRS and if I don't send a money order to him with in 72 hrs the local law enforcement would be at my door to arrest me. When I said I knew this is not real that the IRS does not work this way. He proceeded to curse at me. He said, you f...in cu.., your so stupid. You better go earn this money on your street corner you f...in whore. I then said, if I'd had any question about it I know for sure its not the USA IRS after that kind of language! Then I hung up on him.
