This is a Chinese pre-recorded voice message in Chinese. This is not the first time I hear this very same voicemail using multiple numbers. Every time I receive this call, I block every single damn number and still get calls from other phone numbers with the same Chinese pre-recorded voice! I'm really frustrated with this situation. Why hasn't this stopped?! Are these calls stealing somehow our phone lines or personal information? Is the call trying to connect and hack our phones? What gives?!!!
