I got a call from this number. The caller knew my name and address. He said I had won $10 million and wanted to confirm my age. (And I'm sure other personal information.) He asked me to tell him my age. To which I replied, "No you tell me what you have on paper there and I'll conform that." Click. End of conversation.
Called and pretended to IRS investigator and made threats
This caller is a scammer. Pretended to be IRS official and will collect SSN, drivers license and debit, /credit card information to purchase goods. He used English name but has an accent like an Indian.

Got a call today from 202-858-7710. I'd won $7.5M in some kind of accumulated sweepstakes. They had my home address and wife's name. Also added 1/2M cash and a Mercedes. Didn't ask for any info. I'll see how many times they call back.
