Same as above , local invest but its in 202 DC area code and I'm in Michigan.

Female with a pleasant voice left a voicemail. "Hey this is Kristen, again! I'm so, so sorry for leaving those messages, obviously you guys would never consider selling. Well, anyways, my partner Phil and I are local investors and perhaps you know someone, um someone else who would benefit from their offer. We'd love to shoot a referral fee for connecting us. My number here is 202.845.7396. However the caller I.D. showed: 240.245.6862

Out of the blue to buy my house

Incessantly calling to buy a house.

Just got one today, which mirrors what is noted above. Obvious scumbag. Tempted to call back and be mean.

I sold my house in NoVA and moved to another state over 2 years ago and I'm still getting plagued with calls from this "local investor" douchebag. He's now showing up as an "unknown" number, which I always let roll over to v-mail anyway. (Phil - if you're reading this, if someone hasn't returned your call after 2 years, take a hint!).

This fake actor, "Phil" says he passed by my house with his wife and wants to buy it. REALLY? SCAM!!!!!!!

"My wife and I are local investors and we'd like to offer you a fair price for your home" and leaves a number 202-845-7396

He starts out by saying, "I know this call is coming out of the blue" But I'm calling about a Real Estate offer to buy your home. It says that he and his wife were looking to pay cash to purchase your home. Also received a call from another person with the same or similar spiel.
