Same. Calls from different numbers. Sounds like it's a message but it's the same recording everytime. I want to punch Joe Campbell. I don't even have student loans :)

Claims to be Joe Campbell, Director of Federal Student Loan Forgiveness. Sounds like a scam and since he even said ummmm.. before his name, doesn't sound legit.
