This number has been calling for over a week now. I answered once and I could hear people talking and some one blowing his/her nose and then I hung up because I knew it was a scam call. I usually never answer unless I know who it is or they leave a message which they didn't. I have a "Do not call" on my phone but I guess it does not work on them.
