Didn't answer but they are persistent. Called at least 2-3 times per hour. Glad I found this online so I know it's a scam.

Spoke with a man who barely speak English saying I was selected to get $9,000 that I don't have to return back through my bank account or Western Union to call a another number (202)417-8862 and give them a code. They called me from different 202 area codes phone number over 15 times a day. I told them to stop calling my phone and they continue to call. very stressful
