Who called me from this phone number (202) 798-4451

They claim they represent "Veteran Services" but are actually trying to get current VA Loan holders to apply for a commercial loan through their company (they wouldn't give me the name) for a "lower interest rate". I have a relative that works for the Department of Veteran Affairs and she confirmed this is not something they sponsor.
