Got a call from 202-735-1808 saying they were the Treasury Department and they were offering me $9,000.00 to help pay for rent because I was randomly selected using my name and phone number. I sent her on the way with a deactivated card and haven't heard back yet. Don't buy into these scams people. Sorry but any government agency is trying to keep their money not hand it out willy nilly without jumping through hoops of some sort just for a maybe. Think about it if it's too good to be true it probably is! PS if you do go through and they give you a confirmation code by no means use it!! I Googled the one I got and sure enough it was a hack code to link into my phone so they can steal everything I got. Again do NOT be fooled!!
