From the looks of it based on information he claimed to be and I called him out on being a scam right away whoever it is has cookies on websites even on government websites so they know what you search on the Internet and he claimed to be from the federal government and I told him that the federal government would never call me . Especially to tell me I’ve got a grant for $9000 when I didn’t even apply for one , Plus the lime Norwegian Egyptian American first generation my skin is white so overall I don’t qualify for a single Grant no matter how poor growing up I was . In the end I am still to blame for all the other minorities problems based on my skin color and I think that freaked him out he just hung up on me
