Received call on my cell phone from +1 202 660-6798 which indicates it’s an international call. Didn’t answer & caller didn’t leave a message. Called the number & got the voicemail for the Foundation at Sibley Memorial Hospital (which is in DC) saying they had recently called me regarding fundraising for Sibley Memorial. Directed to leave a message & they’d call back. Hung up. I’m on the FTC Do Not Call list but not sure if it applies to non-profits.
