At least 65 consumers from California, Ohio, Texas, Indiana, Illinois, and 19 other states reported phone number 202-656-1151 to the Federal Trade Commission. 60% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on October 24, 2017.

Actual Middle Eastern sounding guy with this exchange just called me in NJ (202-656-8139) and told me that I had won a free grant (I didn't have to pay it back) of $9000 from the US Government. He then asked me my "age" which I lied about and then he asked me if I were near a Walmart. He then gave me a code MR764 and another number (202-656-8129) which I assume is the cohort idiot on the other end asking for my bank account numbers WHICH I would never give & I certainly won't call. I am reporting here. With Trump in office no one is giving away any free money. Besides if I had a bank account with the words FUCK YOU written on the empty amount I would have given him that.
