Who called me from this phone number (202) 567-7147

My phone rang and I didn’t recognize the number, so I didn’t answer it. A few seconds later, I got a voicemail from this number concerning tax evasion. I have no income, therefore there is no reason to file. I recently saw a news report about fraudulent robocalls so I see this as a major red flag.
