Is this person calling himself James Kormanek, Director of the fraud division at the Dept of Justice? Well, he has a counterpart, Steven Miller who also uses the scam if being on the federal prosecutors list & for a certain amount of money you can be removed from the list. "Agent" Steven Miller's number is 703-828-8296.

Received text message stating its the Washinton DC Fraud Department and they want to talk to me regarding money being sent to Africa.
