Caller identified himself as a parole officier and wanted to set up an electronic bracelet system for an inmate that would be released if I paid for the system. He identified himself as Eric Helenihi. He wanted $2400.00 for the system. I paid 500. in bitcoin and never saw a person to set up this system.
