Who called me from this phone number (202) 453-4956

This creep said he was wanting to talk with so and so when I answered the phone ,I said the person your asking for is not here,then this creep said oh you have a sweet voice, I said excuse me then he said I want to meet with you.at that point I hang up. He keep calling and I kept hanging up .That's really sick.
