Live in Mississippi and got the same recording as above too saying do not disregard the message and to return the call. Personally not returning the call, I think it's a scam.

robotic male caller from 202-417-8865 states I was recently reported for IRS fraud & may be placed in deportment status or jailed. asked to return call to that number as soon as possible. this is the 4th call I have received over past 2 weeks from same number.

Robo call, makes it look like it is from DC. Voice says call back of go to jail.
They call saying they are the IRS and that you are in being sent to Court for tax evasion and will be arrested.
