Robo call.receive these daily.
Calls from 2 to 4 times a day. Does not leave messages or speak when answered. I don't answer any longer and let it go to voice mail.

Robo call with message in chinese. I have heard this may be a scam to defraud Chinese immigrants.
Calls several times a day, have blocked similar numbers and they just come up with another close to it and keep calling, shows Up as Washington DC #
