At least 98 consumers from Massachusetts, Virginia, California, Maryland, Florida, and 25 other states reported phone number 202-302-3020 to the Federal Trade Commission. 27% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on March 5, 2018.
