This is a valid Pep Boys number for collections sourced off-shore. I work in the corporate office in Philadelphia, and 99 percent of corporate and off-shore reps do not have easy access to identify the "account holder" aka the person that set up the account, as the files are stored securely. If you do not have a service or parts account with Pep Boys, please inform the offshore team that they do not have the correct number.
