should have had an "other" option available as the other options do not fit the situation. This number is a fax number from a Company Called MedTox Laboratories, a LabCorp Specialty Testing Group. They are most likely trying to fax over MRF paperwork or CCF for a patient's Lab tests.
The calls begin around 5 pm (EST) and continue for 5 calls within 5 minutes. The vm left is a fax beeping. We have an automated phone system, so you have to choose an extension to even get through - how is this happening?

fax tone when answering calls from this number. They call repeatedly on the phone line and every time you answer its a fax machine on the other end
The calls from this number arrive beginning at 5am. When we pick up receiver, we hear a FAX signal. If we hang up, the call is repeated several times. So far, the best way we have found to break the action, is to leave the phone off the hook, and the calls are then picked up by our voicemail. Still irritating!
