SCAM ALERT BEWARE: CRIMINALS - Computer firewall security support team TOTAL SCAM - Received unsolicited call. Criminals looking for gullible victims. Old scam to get personal information and Credit Card info.
I got voicemail saying $299.00 would be deducted from my account if I didn't call back and unsubscribe.
East Indian Tech scammers. Trying to fish your checking account info. Must be getting results from someone because this is the second number trying the same scam. Here’s the current script: “Firewall security support team. As your computer service subscription will be auto renewed. There will be auto deduction of $299 from your account. In case you don't want to get charges. Please call us to cancel our subscription. Our toll free number is 1-201-345-4874. I repeat the number to call is 1-201-345-4874. Have a good day.”
I received 2 of these calls on Monday. Said $299.00 was going to be taken out of my account. Who has the time for this crap???
Robo call saying that $299 will be taken out of my account if I don't call. If I do call and cancel they will give me back the $400 I originally put into the service agreement.......??? Oh, yeah......from India, not New Jersey. # 201-345-4874

callback message says "you're gonna get charged 299.00 if you don't call to cancel" - total BS.
They called on a recording telling me they were going to deduct $299 from my account. I never called them for anything.
