Woman asked to speak with a manager regarding an electric bill rebate. Sent her to Accounts Payable, but she returned, demanding a former CEO by name. I said that person didn't exist, then she wanted anyone in Treasury. I explained that I couldn't make any transfers without a specific name, and she chose AP again. Researching the number led to several robocall / spam websites.
