Robocalling is ilegal to cell phones generally. But since it is comcast and you have account certain telephone protection act may not qpply .But if does violate the tcpa 500 to 1500 a call can be pursued. Ive gotten several 500 dollar checks from debt collectors doing this and settling out of court .Make sure to document all calls .times. people spoken too. But dont retirn the call or allow permission. My consumer protection lawyer has a list of dos and.donts and fcra, fdca and tpca that companys violate. But you must keep proof and especailly if you tell them to cease and when. Capital one called me 10 times but i could prove the date and time I told them to cease so had to let that nice out of court pocket change go.

The phone call from that number didn't leave a message. I called it back and it said it was from Comcast payment department. I was $30.00 past due and paid it today, 11/7/2017. If Comcast had something important to say concerning my bill, then a voice mail should have been left.
