Got text message from 916-661-4521, number from Sacramento. They greeted me by my first name, and asked if I owned the property at (my address). Said they were looking for rental or rehab projects in my area (I live in Oklahoma). And asked if I would be interested in selling my house in AS-IS condition. I suspect they are trying to scam people.
