828-549-8192 This number text and called my and my son's phone. They say they are the FBI and they sent a check to us that we shredded. They then say they are mandating we send them the money in the amount that was on the check or we would both go to jail. They had both of our names and phone numbers to make it seem more real.They continued to threaten us until i told them I was going to press charges for harassment. Please do not fall for this scam.

I answered my phone and could hear some background noise, but no one spoke. I've been getting calls from this and similar 828 numbers.
Called multiple times in the past couple of days. Leaving no message when answer machine is activated
i get several calls from this 828-419. I try to block them with AT&T codes, but there are so many that I fill up my call blocking list and have to empty it aboout once a week.
Caller ID says Dynata. The number is 828-489-3419.Calls every day and says nothing. Leaves no message.
Voice call @ 5:17pm - 4/21/2020 from foreign-accented female - Regina. Asked for spouse & would not divulge subject of call. I reminded her it was dinner time, thanked her for the call & to call back later. We'll see!

They called and asked for my husband then I said he wasn’t here they then said is this me so and so and it was me and I said yes they then asked if I owned the property at my address(which they gave my address) and I said yes they asked if I was wanting to sell my property. I said no
372-5678 is the number that called with Blowing Rock NC as the caller ID. I do not know anyone so I did not answer it. No voice mail left. So it is either telemarketer, scam or a political surveyor. I do not have the time or desire to deal with these people. They need to get a real job since COVID 19 is affecting the entire US and the world!!

Somebody name Thomas called talking very rudely I cussed his ass out! Told him to kiss my ass and send whatever he needed to send. I wasn’t giving him a dime!
I received 5 calls within 3 days from this number. Each time it was about my car warranty. Once I held to speak to a representative and explained that I have 235,000 miles on my car and it cannot be warranted. Another time I held and told them my car was a 1985 model and would they please stop calling. They called back 2 hours later. This goes on constantly on both my cell and my home phone. Even if I wanted a warranty I would definitely not use them. I usually don't answer unknown numbers but I decided if I talked to them they would stop. That didn't work. Either it stops or I will hire a lawyer and file suit against them for harassment. I have several others willing to go into the suit with me.
They call me at all hours of the day harassing trying to get my personal information. I feel completely unsafe ever since Obama signed at law before he went out of the office and Loud telemarketers to go buck. Wild. It's never end it with these folks. Don't answer this call and if you do report it like we do.

I didnot pick phone up as that number is not in my phone contacts and I looked it up in a search engine and others have received this same number. They did not leave a voicemail.
They call and say nothing waiting for you to say something then hangup. I call back a number of times and there is no ringing the after 30 seconds the call ends. I have a lot of calls that once I say hello they hang up.
