Wanted to offer me an alternative to large phone companies for my business but instead they called a personal cell phone and the number has never been a business.
Caller says he is Justin Miller and he is calling because we got started a while back with my student loan debt relief application and we didn't get to finish. He is calling to see if I want to finish the application. The only thing is that I never started an application with him or anyone else. My student loan was paid in full almost 20 years ago. Also he says to call back and let him know if I am no longer interested. Not interested, not calling. Blocked the number until they spoof another one.

Did not answer call on iPhone. Called number back from desk phone and received immediate busy signal. Added to blocked.

the caller ID displays it as a "PRIVATE CALL", it does goes to voicemail and leaves 7 seconds recording of nothing - typical for robocall

Rec'd call from 773-372-1524 with pre-recorded message talking about and soliciting business registration with Google. Report call each time to FTC, FCC, State Attorney and www.donotcall.gov. File private lawsuit and collect money damages!
You should have said, "Yes, it is she." Then you and we, would all know what the caller is promoting. That way we could all judge the value of the call. Additionally, you could have stated that you are on the "Do not call list." ending more calls to your phone.
Daily calls, multiple times a day. Do not answer. I now have call block, but can see in call logs the number is still trying to get through.
A man called and seemed to know my address and then when I asked his name (several times) he started yelling at me. It seemed like solicitation.
