I got a call from this # and it showed up on caller ID as a "verified number". There was "some suspicious activity on my name" so to play along, i pressed 1 to speak to someone about the issues. They answered the phone as US Border Control. I told the guy I reported the # as a scam and he yelled intelligibly into the phone and hung up on me. I called back and got a recorded message that i had been removed from their call list and to hang up now. LOL be careful out there folks. All kinds of creepers.

Called and we did not answer- it is a New Jersey number. We do not no anyone in New Jersey, and clearly when people report a number here, it does no good because, well, it's still being, reported here.......uh huh >:(
I work for a water company. They are constantly calling and trying to find out how much customers owe. I tell them I cannot give them that information they will have to ask the customer to provide that info to them.
Calling at 11PM to say “you called us on 9/13 and we are returning your call”. No such call was made to them and I complained about the time of day
Received the call which was initially a robo call and then a gentleman with an Indian accent picked up and continued the call stating that there was some activity on my Amazon account. Asked if I was in Washington DC, California or New Jersey. Said he noticed there was an Amazon charge for $600 some dollars for a Microsoft Survace computer. I said I did not purchase any type of computer recently. I then said I was not at home near my computer but would be home in an hour to check my amazon, paypal and bank accounts to see if there is such a purchase he said he would call back in an hour and never did. I did not find any record of any purchase on my Amazon, paypal or bank accounts.
