Credit Management from Carrollton TX repeatedly violates the Fair Debt Collections Act i.e. when told in writing in first 30 days their claimed debt is NOT valid, they are required to verify that debt is valid and send it to you by mail. Also if you write citing the Fair Debt Collections Act, telling them to cease all future contact with you and they continue harassing you, then file complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Texas Attorney General.
As soon as we answer, the call hangs up. REPEATEDLY happens all day!

Missed call. Called back and answered. Robo recording that stated it was a job placement company. Once you answer a few questions it transfers you to a live individual. Turns out to be an educational information company. Liars.

This company called but did not leave a message, when I returned their call - they refused to give me information on what the company did but was asking me to verify specific information like address, birth date, or last 4 digits of my social. I repeatedly asked why they would be calling before I verified my information, but they refused and ultimately ended the call. Very suspicious.
Not the first time I have received calls from Yoakum, Texas. The last few were hang up calls or robo calls. This one is blocked either way...
Got a call from this number claiming to be from the US government the NIH Department stating that I was chosen by my name and phone number for a $14,000 Grant in which I didn't have to pay anything for it. I believe it is fraudulent because that same number has been used fraudulently as IRS.
