I answered this unknown call but said nothing because I wanted to wait for someone to speak. If it’s important, they would’ve spoke. Also, I said nothing because there are scams that record your voice saying “hello” and they do fraudulent things.
Calls our landline and refuses to leave a message. If it is so important that they have to keep calling a hundred times, then why don’t they leave a message so we can call back? Makes no sense.

I have been getting a slew of spam phone calls since this quarrantine began. Today I got a call from 321-732-5129 so out of curiosity I answered and the woman said "hello this is Jane from Medicare services can you hear me ok?" I remembered the scam about can you hear me ok? And if you say yes they record you and use it against you so when she asked can you hear me ok? I said " NO, I CAN'T " and hung up and blocked the number. Medicare does not call you much less ask can you hear me ok?
Supposedly call from Brevard County Sheriff's Office needing to talk to me about a legal matter. Hinted it was urgent but yet didn't call again. This was back I. September. Number doesn't even match the number for BCSO.
Robert Marino, a federal agent in Clearwater, FL. He said to call him urgently because there is a warrant for my arrest with my local police department. I contacted my local police department. They told me it's nothing but a jerk trying to run a scam.
Vehicle warranty. When i told the lady to put me on the do not call list, she immediately hung up. Get their name so we can complain about the company making these calls.
Voice mail from Courtney about me having a personal tax matter. Said she is from Insight Financial. BS.
This number calls you and claims they are from CompuSoft and you have an issue with your computer. They ask for you to go behind your computer so they can get remote access to it to help you out. They have been calling be for the past 4 months and keep doing this on a regular basis. Two of the callers are 'Said' and 'Nancy'. They have a heavy Indian accent and really try to convince you to give them access by saying there is a virus on your computer/someone has access to your emails/someone is using your IP address to download child porn/... I sincerely believe they want to hack your computer or gain access to your information to please DO NOT let them get that far!!
I've blocked this number, but they just won't cease calling. It's ridiculous.
The caller ID indicated Anna Roy (321) 275-1596. The background sounds led me to believe it was a boiler room with multiple people making outgoing calls. A female voice asked for me by my first name and then inquired if I was the owner of a certain property in the Melbourne area. I responded that the property is not for sale. She politely said thank you and the call ended. Our number is on the do not call list.
Sent me a "pardon my text" message regarding my property, then when I called the number ... I got a recorded message ... I think it is disgusting that these vultures are allowed to text my cell phone with "unsolicited' texts trying to get their hands on a piece on my property cheap.
Received a call from the same scammers as yesterday...321-248-5064. Despite informing them yesterday to cease and desist, today, they wanted me to grant them access to my computer (PC Anywhere or Go To Meeting style) to submit a 'cancellation form', so my 'credit card' would not be charged. When I asked could it be emailed instead, she babbled some nonsense about the form not being compatible with email. Gotta give her an 'E' for effort. Suggestion to the scammers: CEASE & DESIST!! Why call me repetitively, just to be berated? Stop praying on innocent seniors and or other trusting souls!! I am sure God has a special place in Hell for moral reprobates like you.
Recorded message about computer security requesting to call or cancel payment, "hit '1' now", or call phone number 321-248-4562. Message was already in progress when our answering machine started receiving the message.
