Received a call from this # yesterday, & the Young Man indicated his name was Gary Smith, also indicated he was with Bank of America. While I'm a BOA Customer, his call seemed suspicious. So I started to put one & one together, and I reached out to BOA when I got home. I explained the call I received to them, and they said they had no record of calling me. So my instincts were correct, he was a FRAUD. I got a call back from him again today, 5/30/19, and he left me a Voice Message. I have not called him back, instead I've blocked his #. He wanted me to make a Mortgage Payment over the phone. Please look out for this #, it is a SCAM. I'm not sure how he got my information, but I will be careful going forward. There were just too many holes in conversation, which sent me the Red Flags. Very inconsistent w/how BOA does business. Being a Business Woman myself, I had a feeling something was not right.
