Provided call back# 2162134694, stated he knew the call was "kind of random" but he wanted to buy our property for low to no equity as a cash offer and to call him back. Our home is not or has ever been on the market.

I received a call 2/3/22 from this number 216-206-6754 to my cell number. Automated call stating it was Emmi from Cleveland Clinic requesting my return call and get instructions from the Clinic. Told me to call an 888 number, I didn't write it down. Something was off. Then said when that number answered to put in my birthdate.

This is the same man who has called FOREVER from a 216 343 number (they changed the last four digits). I guess they got tired of me and decided to change the number to a 216 232 number. Same man who always ask for my husband ("is so-and-so there?" When you call back and they say press one to be added to the do-not-call-list, they simply keep the first three numbers and change the last four. What can be done ???
