Called on 4/14/18, claimed to be from PC Matic and that I was due a refund since I was not using their services. We have, and still use PC Matic for several yeas and I knew that they do not make contact by phone. I told the caller, who had a strong middle eastern accent, that I was busy, but if he sent me something in writing, I would look at it. He knew our e-mail (?) and said I would receive a notice within an hour, but I had to respond to it quickly.... I did receive a e-mail from bs24cc+7xpf8lg9jo3qw@guerrillamail.com advising that I needed to go to https://www.supremocontrol.com/download.aspxfile=Supremo.exe&id_sw=7&ws=supremocontrol.com
and generate a "refunding id" then contact the accounts department to claim my refund. The phone number for "support" was 1-800-311-5968 (this number has several "scam" complaints against it) the e-mail was signed Matthew PC Mattic (note Matic is misspelled) - this is an obvious scam... always double check and search the numbers if there is any doubts.
