Called me stating my name (I do say my name on my voicemail greeting) and that they were calling regarding my tenant (stated full name).
Left a message in perfect English saying they were calling in regards to my neighbor (they knew his full name) and left two numbers to call back.
Have been calling 1-2 times a day. Leave no message on answering machine.
They claimed to be the IRS and threatened to "take action" if I didn't call them back. I called back and it was answered by someone with an East Indian accent.
