Says my nephew put me as his contact and there's a court papers for him that will be served at my address
SCAM. They claimed the police were coming and when they realized I wasn't stupid, they hung up.
This number has called me twice and is threatening debt collection actions such as asset seizures and contacting my employer to freeze or garnish wages. This better not happen....
Going after my 401K and my retirement and will give that information to their client. Same crap from different numbers. Scammers. Really try that.
